1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form the legal basis for operating the sonabet platform and all services connected to it. They are effective as a binding agreement between the user ("you" or "member") and sonabet ("platform", "we").

sonabet is an online sports betting and casino gaming platform designed specifically to serve users in Bangladesh. The platform offers slots, live casino, cricket betting, football betting, and a variety of other games.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on sonabet, the following conditions must be met:

1. The applicant must be at least 21 years of age.
2. You must provide your real name, correct date of birth, a valid mobile number, and an active email address.
3. A person may operate only one account — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
4. All information provided at the time of registration must be true and accurate.
5. An account may not be opened on behalf of another person or as a proxy.

2.2 Registration Process

You must complete the registration form with a username, password, mobile number, and email. Your mobile number will be confirmed via OTP verification. Once registration is complete, you will be able to log in. sonabet reserves the right to request additional identity verification at any time.

2.3 Multiple Accounts

Multiple accounts may not be operated by the same person, the same household, or from the same device. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be cancelled and any bonuses or winnings held in them may be forfeited.

3. Account Security and Identity Verification

3.1 Protecting Login Details

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. Sharing your login details with anyone, sharing your account, or transferring your account is prohibited. If you suspect someone is accessing your account without authorisation, contact us immediately.

3.2 KYC Verification

To ensure a secure environment, sonabet reserves the right to verify the identity of any member (Know Your Customer). This process may require copies of a national ID card, birth certificate, or passport. If verification is not completed within the specified time, withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold.

3.3 Suspicious Activity

If unusual transactions or suspicious activity are detected on an account, sonabet may temporarily suspend the account for investigation purposes. In such situations, the member concerned will be informed as soon as reasonably possible.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

sonabet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals only through the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). Funds sent by any other method will not be accepted.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (for all methods).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.

Deposit or withdrawal requests below these amounts will not be processed.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

When all details are correct, withdrawals are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. For first-time withdrawals or large amounts, processing may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

4.4 Transactions in Your Own Name

Deposits and withdrawals must be made using a method registered in your own name. Transactions made from a third-party account will be rejected, and the account concerned may be subject to investigation.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

sonabet offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. A 15x wagering requirement applies to this bonus — meaning you must wager 15 times the bonus amount before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 Bonus Usage Conditions

1. Bonuses may only be used in approved games and betting sections.
2. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be met first.
3. After receiving a bonus, withdrawals cannot be made if only bonus funds remain in the account.
4. Multiple offers may not be used at the same time while participating in one promotional offer.
5. sonabet reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.

5.3 VIP Program

sonabet has three VIP tiers for regular members: Bronze (up to 0.4% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.8% weekly cashback), and Gold (up to 1.2% weekly cashback). Weekly cashback is calculated based on the total net loss for that week. Regular and active play is required to advance to a higher tier.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

A bet may be cancelled due to a technical error, incorrect odds, or any other reason. If cancelled, the staked amount will be returned to the account. sonabet reserves the right to cancel bets placed at clearly incorrect odds.

6.2 Cricket Betting

Betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other international cricket tournaments is governed by the applicable rules. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the relevant bets will be settled according to market-specific rules.

6.3 Game Results

All casino games use Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer technology. Each game result is independent and does not depend on previous results. If a technical problem occurs during a game, the bet for that round will be cancelled and the funds returned.

6.4 Maximum Win Limit

sonabet may impose a specific limit on the amount won in a single bet or game session. This limit may vary by game or market. In cases of unusual or exceptionally large wins, sonabet may hold the withdrawal until verification is complete.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of funds:

1. Abuse of bonus benefits — attempting to fulfil bonus conditions by artificial means.
2. Bets connected to match fixing or result manipulation.
3. Playing using automated software, bots, or scripts.
4. Unauthorised access to another member's account.
5. Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources.
6. Deliberately exploiting any technical flaw or bug in the platform.
7. Placing opposing bets on the same event from multiple accounts by mutual arrangement.
8. Communicating with other members or staff using threats, harassment, or abusive language.

8. Limitation of Liability

sonabet strives to provide the most secure and reliable service possible. However, sonabet is not liable in the following cases:

• Service disruption caused by third-party technical failures or internet connectivity issues.
• Loss or theft of login details due to the user's own negligence.
• Temporary service unavailability due to government policy or legal obligations.
• Interruption of a game or betting session caused by an unexpected technical error.
• Loss caused by a problem with the user's own device or software.

sonabet will not be liable under any circumstances for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 sonabet's Authority

If these terms are violated or there is reasonable grounds for suspicion, sonabet may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice.

9.2 Closure at Member's Request

If a member wishes to close their account voluntarily, they may submit a request to our customer service. Before the account is closed, the member will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance — however, no bonus funds will be paid out.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Members' information is not sold or transferred to any third party except under legal obligation or at government request. Any complaints or requests regarding data protection can be submitted through our support team.

11. Responsible Gaming

• Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.

The sonabet Android (APK) and iOS apps are available through official channels. All provisions of these terms apply equally to use of the app. Downloading unofficial APKs from third-party sources carries security risks — sonabet will not be liable in such cases.

13. Changes to Terms
